That is the heart of the Love Beyond Sight Fundraising Ball on Saturday, February 6, 2027. It will be an inclusive Valentine-season evening for blind, visually impaired, and sighted adults, with social connection, speed dating, dancing, entertainment, and plenty of opportunities to laugh with new friends.
But this beautiful evening is about more than one night.
Our fundraising goal is $50,000, and we need your help to reach it.

We See The World is a membership-based social community for adults who are blind or visually impaired. We create opportunities for friendship, adventure, travel, events, and real-life experiences.
We also work to remove the barriers that can make participation difficult.
That means providing assistance and transportation for many experiences, so members do not always have to depend on family or friends to get involved. It means making space for people to feel comfortable, welcomed, and included. It means checking on one another, staying connected, and building the kind of belonging that continues after an event ends.
Your donation helps fund that work.
Our $50,000 goal is being raised through tickets and donations.
Up to $20,000 will go toward the Love Beyond Sight Fundraising Ball itself — including the venue, food, décor, music, and entertainment.
The other $30,000 is planned for We See The World:
$10,000 for transportation
$10,000 for event assistance
$10,000 for operating costs
And here is the part that means so much to our community: half of the transportation and assistance funds will be reserved for member sponsorships.
That means more rides. More support. More chances for someone to say yes instead of staying home.
Donations can be one-time, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual, and donors can also choose to cover the processing fee.

We understand that trying something new can bring up a lot of feelings.
Maybe you have wondered whether you will know anyone. Maybe transportation has made plans feel complicated before. Maybe you have stayed home because getting out seemed like too much work.

Then someone reaches out. A ride is arranged. A friendly voice says, “Come on, we’ve got you.” You arrive, hear people talking and laughing, and suddenly the room feels a little less unfamiliar.
That is what we are building, not a perfect, polished experience where everyone must pretend to be confident. A real community where we can show up as we are, meet each other where we are, and find our rhythm together.
Sometimes that rhythm includes dancing. Sometimes it includes speed dating. Sometimes it includes laughing so hard that somebody needs a minute to recover.

All membership tiers are welcome. When registering, select “Member” or “Guest.” We See The World will verify member status. The ball keeps its special fundraiser prices, so the 15% member discount does not apply here. Optional round-trip transportation is $40 per person.

Sexy Pajama Night Cabin Getaway
On Friday, December 18, 2026, we are heading to Camp Sullivan for a cozy, playful cabin getaway.
Event admission is $115 per person, and members pay $97.75 with the 15% member discount. Assistant support is included at the event. Optional round-trip transportation is $40 per person. There are 30 spots, open to members and public guests, and blind, visually impaired, and sighted adults are all welcome.
Friends laughing together during a cozy, accessible cabin getaway. And yes, the pajama part is real! Comfortable clothes, good company, cabin energy: we are absolutely here for it!

Revive & Rejuvenate Spa Day
On Saturday, January 9, 2027, from 1–5 p.m., we will gather at Divine Lash & Beauty Bar in Mequon, Wisconsin.
Event admission is $149 per person, and members pay $126.65 with the 15% member discount. Assistant support is included at the event. Optional round-trip transportation is $50 per person. There are 20 spots, open to members and public guests.
The outing includes three services. Group booking and the final service list are still being confirmed, and once they are, registered participants will be contacted to choose their three services.
